Private & Semi-private Sessions
Choose one of our experienced, supportive teachers and explore the postures and breathing exercises that resonate with your body, mind, and heart. Ask questions and explore possibilities as you experience the strength, balance, and flexibility that yoga brings. Enjoy our unique, 50-minute, private or semi-private (up to 2 people) yoga lessons. Prenatal Yoga
Saturdays 9:30-10:45am. Pilgrimage of the Heart offers Prenatal Yoga for women in their second and third trimesters. Prenatal Yoga teaches mothers and moms-to-be to breathe deeply and relax, two skills critical in facing the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. As regular yoga classes can become challenging with a growing belly and common pregnancy ailments, Prenatal Yoga allows students to maintain or begin a yoga practice in a safe environment designed specifically for their needs.
